  • Our processing time for orders is 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Expected Ship Dates

  • Standard Shipping: Expected to take 9-15 working days for lead time(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We dispatch international orders via International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier, with a non-signature tracking service provided.

  • Express Shipping: Expected to take 5 days for urgent deliveries. This service is available through DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx. Please note, in instances involving customs, delivery times may extend to approximately 7 days.

    • For orders under US$190, a shipping fee of US$10.99 applies.
    • Express Shipping (DHL Express/UPS/FedEX) is available for US$35.
